Cannelle brings together the warmth of a neighbourhood café and the practical demands of a busy food-and-beverage operation. Adam Group delivered the interior and built-in work with careful coordination around the service counter, seating, lighting and material details.

The heart of the space

A counter made to welcome.

The timber counter anchors the interior visually and operationally. Equipment, display, storage and customer movement were resolved as one working zone, framed by concrete, brick and warm pendant light.
